Shipping and Delivery

We proudly accept all major credit cards; this includes American express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.

Domestic Shipping

All orders over $50.00 receive complimentary shipping.

Orders under $50.00, ship for a flat rate of $6.00.

We ship to all 50 states in the USA including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping:

At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. As our team and product collection expands we look forward to sharing our products internationally.

Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.

Order Status

Orders are processed within 3 business days.

We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays. All parcels are sent from Lanham, Maryland and ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, which generally takes 3-5 business days to deliver.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. Additionally, if your order is in route, the course of the parcel cannot be altered. If this does happen, we will try our best to assist, but we do not issue replacement parcels.

We can ensure your order is processed promptly, but cannot be held accountable for service interruptions, or poor weather conditions. Additionally, processing times may increase when there is higher demand and particularly during the holiday season.

Upon check out, please confirm your shipping details are entirely accurate before completing your order.

RETURNS

Due to the specialized nature of our mask, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase. Should you need to return an unused purchase, please send the item back, at your cost within seven days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after the seventh day of receipt. As our company grows, this policy will be updated.
